Your tasks:

  • professional written and/or verbal application advice for our rental customers
  • independent deployment planning of our rental fleet at Achstetten
  • issuing and processing of leases, verification, documentation and billing
  • inquiry, organization and independent handling of transports
  • examination of complaints
  • processing and documentation in case of rental damages
  • check freight and third-party invoices

Our requirements:

Your tasks:

Your tasks:

You provide our management with information about the company's economic situation, develop recommendations for action and contribute to well-founded decision making. 

  • you create the monthly target/actual comparisons for the departments' results und profitability analysis 
  • you execute margin analyses of machine sales, rental business and spare parts sales
  • you check cost and machine calculations and forecast impacts with possible recommendations for action
  • you are involved in budget preparation, liquidity planning and annual reports 
  • you optimize cost center and cost unit accounting and are involved in the implementation of a new ERP system 
  • you actively contribute to the further development of our finance and controlling instruments as well as our reporting system 

Your profile:

You are convincing thanks to your enthusiasm for figures and processes as well as your commitment to finance, accounting and controlling. A well-structured and analytic way of working as well as constructive cooperation with the specialist departements is decisive for the successful realization of controlling tasks. 

Professional requirements:

  • you completed your business studies with focus on controlling/finance/accounting, alternatively a commercial training with further education in controlling 
  • you already have several years of relevant professional experience in the field of controlling or accounting
