Office management assistant (m/w/d)
werwie is specialized in worldwide sales of used road construction equipment. Apart from selling we also offer rental services throughout Germany. For our accounting team at our headquarters in Konz we are looking for a new office management assistant in part time (1 p.m.–5 p.m.).
Your duties include among others:
- document management
- general office work, for example control und edit of inbox, material management, filing, correspondence
You have completed a commercial education. Several years of experience in a commercial staff would be advantageous. Your computer skills are well-founded and you are particularly familiar with MS Excel. You work goal-oriented and precisely, enjoy being part of a team and are well-organized.
