The decisive factors are the choice of the right screed (e.g. TV with tamper and vibration, or TP1/TP2 high-compaction) and the correct setting of the screed heating and levelling automation. Combined with an upstream asphalt feeder, mechanical and thermal segregation is also prevented, as truck shunts are eliminated.
